 Tie in an Orange Hackle.

 Tie in a Black Hackle.

 Add Jungle Cock Cheeks.

 Tie in a strand of Pearly Krystal Flash and whip off the thread and varnish.

 Wrap the Pearly Krystal Flash around the head to create the Pearly Head. Varnish again.
