The Meggernie Salmon Fly Tying Pattern / Dressing By
Tay Salmon Fly
The Meggernie is an old flee (1800's) for the river Lyon and was
invented by a keeper from the estate of the same name, the flee was
preferred in clear water, and the Jock Scott was fished when the water
was coloured. I'm sure this flee will catch fish in the late spring and
summer.
