Upper North Wark - River Tweed - Beat Report Week 3 Ending 20th February 2016

Week 3 started off with some nice frosty mornings leading to some cracking sunny spring days. Still a real lack of kelts to be seen so fishing continues to be tough going with the hope of a springer keeping the fishers going. We had a kelt on Tuesday on a salmo toby, By Wednesday the weather had broke again and we were faced with another big flood, this one reaching 8ft. The end of the week was a wash out. Can only hope for better settled conditions next week and hopefully see some springers appearing.

If you would like to fine out more about fishing on the Upper North Wark beat of the River Tweed please give Martin a call on 07825334427 or email
