Temple Shrimp Salmon Fly Dressing

Fly Tied By Tay Salmon Fly

Rear Skirt:- Red Bucktail Wound Around
Body:- Black Floss
Rib:- Silver Holographic Flat Braid
Wing:- Yellow Bucktail Wound Around
Head:- Red

This pattern was created by Mr Malcolm Campbell the Head Ghillie on the Lees beat of the River Tweed. Its name comes from the famous Temple Pool at the top of the beat. With it's Yellow/Red colour combination it is a very effective fly thoughout the seaon just varying the size of the fly to suit the river conditions.
It is also a very close rival to the Junction Shrimp when the water is high and carrying some colour.

Temple Shrimp Piggy Salmon Fly

Based on a very popular pattern from Malcolm Campbell the Head Boatman at The Lees Beat on the River Tweed, we have gave this pattern the "piggy" twist and it looks stunning. I would defo have these in my own personal box, I would recommend that you do to.
