How Do I / How To Tie An Ally's Shrimp Salmon Fly - Tay Salmon Fly

Materials Required - Orange Bucktail, Orange Cock Hackle Feathers, GP Tippets, Grey Squirrel Tail, Black Floss, Glo Brite No 3 Floss, Silver Oval Tinsel and Red Thread.
Hook choice can be any that you prefer in this case I'm using a Fulling Mill Magni Nickle Black Double.
Bring your red thread down and tie in a silver tag.
Bring your thread back up the hook shank.
Tie in a bunch of Orange Bucktail to form the tail. Flash is optional.
Tie in the Glo Brite No3 floss and bring your thread right down to the tag. Then bring your thread back half way along the shank followed by the Glo Brite Floss. Tie in and trim off.
Tie in the Black Floss and bring your thread up the shank.
Tie in the black floss to form the front half of the body.
Bring up the Silver Oval Tinsel as a rib.
Add a small bunch of Grey Squirrel Tail as a throat.
Add a bunch of Grey Squirrel Tail on the top as a wing.
Add The GP Tippets on top of the Grey Squirrel Tail.
 Tie in an Orange Hackle.
Tidy up the head and varnish with clear or red varnish.
