The mossy green highlander/ The russian/ The pacific Blue are all green highlander variants and will take fish in the spring.
These flies are available dressed on doubles or on tubes with or without coneheads.

Rainbow highlander Salmon fly

This fly is my own twist on the ever popular Black highlander Temple dog.
The wing features a combinatin of 7 colours for a truly spectalular look in the water.
Each layer of wing has it's own subtle sparkle and flash of angel hair, and crystal hair.
Topped off with a fluorescent yellow cone to set the wing in motion, and keep it swimming on an even keel.
These flies are deadly in the spring in the UK, and can be fished all year round abroad, in places like the Kola Peninsula.

This is my Templedog conehead, tied in the great autumn colours of Claret and Fiery brown.

Naughty girl

This is a fabulous new fly of my creation.
The naughty girl salmon fly uses sharp contrasting cerise/pink and black colours with ultraviolet materials used in the body and through the wing.
Topped off with a pearl head and jungle cock.

This highly mobile fly has already proved to be a killer pattern in testing on the river helmsdale this season, and is fast gaining poularity in Canada and The US for Both Steelhead and Pacific Salmon
